+ Zu ihren Aufgaben zählt grundsätzlich die Bereitstellung und Instandhaltung der IT Infrastruktur im Werk Waidhofen.
+ Windows Client Support - Hard- und Software für Desktop Computer, Laptops und Engineering Workstations.
+ Installation und Wartung von Windows Client Betriebssystem Windows 11, sowie Office 365 Applikationen und diverser Drittanbieter Software
+ Installation und Konfiguration von Netzwerkdruckern sowie die Aufstellung und Auslieferung
+ First- und Second Level Support unserer Mitarbeiter im Büro- und Produktionsbereich in allen IT Belangen (IT Ticket System)
+ Grundlegende Aufgaben im Bereich der Netzwerkverkabelung um Computer oder Netzwerkgeräte mit dem internen Netzwerk zu verbinden
+ Basiseinstellungen auf Netzwerkgeräten (Port Konfiguration)
+ Anwendung der konzernweiten Compliance Richtlinien in unserem Netzwerk
+ Konfiguration und Troubleshooting für Mobiltelefone/Smartphones und Tablets vorwiegend Apple iOS und Android
+ Active Directory Benutzer- / Geräte und Rechteverwaltung
+ Allg.
Administrative Aufgaben, die zur Verwaltung der IT Infrastruktur notwendig sind.
+ Bestellungen von IT Zubehör und Endgeräten nach Konzernrichtlinien
**Ihr Profil:**
+ Gute allgemeine IT Kenntnisse im Bereich Client Betriebssysteme (Windows 11) sowie Hard- und Software
+ Office 365 Kenntnisse (Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
+ Grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse, Vertiefte Netzwerkkenntnisse wünschenswert, Basis Wissen für Server Betriebssysteme bzw.
Vertiefte Kenntnisse wünschenswert - Windows Server 2016 und höher
+ Guter und rascher Umgang mit dem PC und der aktuellen Smartphone Generation
+ Sichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
+ Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, selbständiges, proaktives Arbeiten, Eigeninitiativ und Lernbereit
Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben.
Dieses beträgt je nach Qualifikation € 2.840,00 brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 14mal jährlich).
Eine Überzahlung ist je nach persönlicher Qualifikation, Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung möglich.
