Job description

About the Role: 
Join us as a Product Operations Lead (m/f/d) and take on a high-impact role where you will shape the future of our product management execution.

As the leader of the Product Operations team you will be reporting to the Business Unit Lead and collaborate closely with Product Management teams, Tech Leadership and Data Leadership.

You will be at the forefront of designing and operationalizing a product operations practice that empowers our teams to focus on innovation and delivery while minimizing administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build a best-in-class product operations domain: Define governance, workflows, and frameworks to drive meaningful results that support product scaling and standardization.


  • Lead and develop your team: Manage a team of Product Operations Experts and Project Managers, guiding them to create and maintain high-quality operational frameworks.


  • Drive product-oriented enablement: Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with product updates, roadmap changes, and performance metrics.


  • Stakeholder engagement and communication: Act as a thought partner for product leadership, ensuring effective governance, roadmap planning, and insights for product discovery.


  • Measure and optimize impact: Implement KPIs and feedback loops to track development progress and real business outcomes, using data-driven insights to refine processes.


  • Internal collaboration and enablement strategy: Partner with internal functional teams to support product management initiatives and foster cross-functional learning.


  • Automate and scale: Leverage automation and AI to streamline processes, reduce administrative tasks, and enhance product management practices.

  • Must-have requirements: 

  • Master's degree or relevant professional experience in high growth environments.


  • Proven experience in product management, product operations or a related field.


  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams.


  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities with a track record of collaborating with diverse teams and influencing at all organizational levels.


  • Strength to tie strategic and tactical initiatives to key performance outcomes.


  • Ability to work effectively in a transformative and ambiguous environment.


  • Fluent in English, German on C1 or above; proficiency in another European language (Nordic languages preferred) is a plus.

  • Challenges in your first year:
